Jan is a graphic artist and master screen printer based in Helsinki where he has founded several artist run spaces for contemporary, alternative art and illustration. He is currently running the collective screenprinting studio and gallery Kalasataman Seripaja (Fiskehamnens Serigrafiverkstad) our Finnish allies in a small network of Scandinavian graphic workshops set out to establish sustainable models to create, work and survive as independent artists.
